In cooking world it would be table spoon and tea spoon. Table spoon would be 1 ounce or 30 milligrams, or about the half of the egg. Tea spoon would be half of the amount of table spoon. How soup spoon and dessert one are placed on the table - would be closest to the dish. Soup wouldn't be served with dessert spoon. And if they are, it would be completely idiotic to eat soup with dessert spoon.
